Volkswagen e-Golf

Unveiled at the the went on sale globally in the summer of 2014, about two years after the it is based on made its public debut. In the U.S., the e-Golf arrived in late 2014 as a 2015-model-year vehicle. Essentially a standard with the gasoline engine swapped for an and a battery pack, the e-Golf crossed the pond to North America with 115 horsepower and 199 pound-feet of torque.
